A trip to the Mad River Valley is not complete without a visit to American Flatbread in Waitsfield. They have the most unbelievably delicious flatbreads, salads, and desserts, the coolest venue ever, and local, hard-to-find craft beers on tap! Plus all the folks who work there are just the nicest people you would ever want to meet. When I ride up to Vermont on a Friday for a few days of back roads and beer, I go here for an incredible dinner to kick start the weekend. I love the place so much that I have to share all sorts of pics!
